Rules of participation and carrying out of programs “Freeride with guides in the Priiskovy"
0. These rules are a public offer.
1. A prerequisite for booking a seat on any of the programs is the advance payment specified in the description of each program. The price is fixed at the time of prepayment. In consequence, the price can be either higher or lower, depending on the marketing policy of the company. The reservation is automatically configured – the more advance the seats, the cheaper and vice versa. Your participation in the program is confirmed if you received a notification to your email address with the parameters of the purchase (trip)! An additional payment for the program is made in Priiskovoye, upon your arrival, on the first day, after breakfast and a rally. Cash or bank cards.
2. Prepayment is not refundable! Make the final decision whether you will go or not. The only thing is that you can send a replacement instead – another person, on your terms.
3. The minimum quorum for the program to be 4 people. Members of the quorum must independently monitor the status of the quorum. If the quorum is not collected 3 days before the start of the program, the program is canceled. The prepayment is refunded or transferred to another program as agreed by the parties.
4. The maximum number of participants in the quorum is 14 people.
5. Routes of skiing are selected by the guide in accordance with the level of training of the group, and also depending on weather conditions, avalanche danger and snow cover conditions. Skating takes place during daylight hours. The number of bells per day depends on the time of the program (light day), the state of the snow cover, the skiing area, the technical and physical capabilities of the group and varies from 4 to 10.
6. The insurance covering medical care and medical and transportation expenses is not provided to the participants.
7. By the decision of the guide, the participant can be partially or completely removed from the skating in case the participant does not comply with the requirements or instructions of the guide, the level of his technical or physical training does not correspond to the level of the other members of the group. In this case, the participant does not make any compensation.
8. For groups that did not leave the skiing area, due to the technical condition of the snowtek, the money for “non-reclaimed" days is returned after deduction of accommodation and meals.
9. For groups leaving the skiing area, in case the minimum guaranteed number of descents is not fulfilled, due to the technical condition and capabilities of the snowtek, the snowy condition of the slopes, emergency situations on the slope, the money for “not retreated" descents is not returned.
10. Refunds for imperfect descents for other reasons (for example: a malfunction of the inventory, physical condition, late departure of the group due to participants or early return caused by the fault of the client) is not made.
11. In case of failure of customers’ expectations regarding the quality and quantity of snow, weather conditions, security conditions, etc. no refund is provided.

I agree with the terms of participation in the above-mentioned project and all responsibility for possible injuries, injuries, even death, as well as damage to equipment, I assume and claims to the organizers, guides, staff and other project participants, I will not have .

Rules of accommodation in the "Hospital-Resort"
1. The hospital is intended for temporary residence of sick citizens (hereinafter referred to as “Patients") for a period agreed upon with the administration and the attending physician. At the end of the agreed term, the patient is obliged to vacate the ward at the request of the administration. If you want to extend the period of treatment, you must inform the administrator about it no later than 1 day.
2. Payment for accommodation, meals, medical treatment and other services is carried out at prices approved by management. Information on current prices is published in the program calendar
3. When settling in. The patient completes the questionnaire, which confirms the authenticity of the information about himself and the agreement with the rules of residence and behavior.
4. Unauthorized persons (including guests, relatives and other patients’ visitors) can not be in the hospital. (Explanation: The hospital is designed only for patients – we accept guests on a residual basis! The seats at the tables, the order of the sauna, beer, etc. – no offense, but our commitments are primarily in front of our patients!)
5. We limit the import / delivery and consumption of “our" alcohol! We have a bar, 6 taps of different beers, all the main alcoholic drinks and cocktails!
6. The administration guarantees the safety of personal belongings in the room, subject to the rules of residence.
Living Patients are required to observe the following procedure:
– Silence Mode out 23.00, the rise is 08.00; SILENCE MODE FROM 23 TO 8 MORNINGS! CATEGORY CONDITION!
– leaving the room: close the window, turn off the lights and electrical appliances;
– Keep clean in the room and public places;
– Gently treat medical equipment, furniture and utensils;
– timely return to the kitchen dishes and appliances from the chambers;
– at the entrance to clear the snow from clothes and shells for sliding at the entrance with special brushes;
– store and tune the shells for slipping (firewood, boards, etc.) in the stand on the 1st floor;
– get and (after application) hand over the guide beeper and other avalanche equipment;
– strictly observe the rules of fire safety;
– to smoke in “Makhorka" (To drink, to smoke! To swear!) Or on the street; FIREPLACE, WINDOW, FORTECH, TOILET DO NOT KNOW! CATEGORY CONDITION! WE WILL REFUSE THE SERVICES WITHOUT RETURNING MONEY, SHIPPING AND IMPOSING THE BLACK LIST – WE CREATED ALL CONDITIONS FOR SMOKERS, TAKE THEM AND SMOKE ON HEALTH!
– the plug-in charge operates – any bottle brought by you can be drunk in the wardroom or “Makhorka" for 500 rubles.
– do not dry things on the heaters in the chambers – use a dryer;
– In case of fire in the ward or other rooms, immediately inform the patient and the hospital staff about this and take measures to extinguish;
– in case of damage or loss, due to the fault of the resident, the property shall be reimbursed for the cost of the damage.
Living patients are prohibited:
– disturb the rest of other patients undergoing treatment in neighboring wards;
– store equipment (firewood, boards), flammable materials, weapons, chemical and radioactive substances, liquid metals, bacteriological weapons, gases and poisons in the ward;
– rearrange furniture in the ward, drive nails, screw screws, glue stickers;
– to feed and water a sick animal (cat “Fishka", St. Bernard “Barabash");
– to be rude, to behave not politely, not positively and not traditionally.
The administration reserves the right to visit the room without the consent of the guest in case of smoke, fire, flooding, as well as in case of violation by the guest of the present order of residence, public order, the use of household appliances.
